  This is Alice. I want to let you know how pleased I am with the restoration job that Pulido Cleaning & Restoration completed at my home in Murrieta. Your entire staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone who assisted in this project was instrumental in a job well done. I especially want to express my gratitude for your project manager, Juan Martinez. As the project manager on my restoration, Juan was the person who exemplified ultimate character in seeing that my project progressed smoothly and on point. Juan was always on time. He is a man of integrity and honor. When Juan states that he's going to do something, he does not disappoint. Not only is Juan an efficient and dedicated project manager, he holds himself to high standards, which results in happy customers. I have to say, Pulido Cleaning & Restoration is blessed to have Juan on their team. It is because of Juan that I will continue to call on Pulido Cleaning & Restoration for any future work and also recommend the company to others. Thank you!
