• Comment: We had an upstairs toilet leak while we were out of town and came home to water coming down thru ceiling. Pulido was one of the three of the preferred vendors from State Farm and I got a quote from two of them. I immediately knew I wanted to work with Pulido from the moment the field estimators came out. They were very professional and thorough. They responded quickly to my emails or texts and was always available to answer any questions I had along with working with my insurance company on the pricing differences. The scheduling of the repairs happened exactly as I was told they would and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Its a nice change to have a professional company who does what they say and make you feel like you are priority. Thank you Pulido, Suzy, Shawn, Brittany and Kevin!! A+++
