• Comment: We recently experienced water damage in one of our rentals and Pulido Cleaning & Restoration was called to work on the both initial mitigation and the build back. The staff is professional and very helpful. They are very thorough and careful. During the initial mitigation, they found a spot in the house that continued to have moisture and a second issue was quickly identified. They had to create some complex jigs to support the existing granite countertop while the cabinets were removed to ensure thorough drying. The work was fantastic, and they worked quickly to rebuild the kitchen area back into working condition. They were able to work with the tenants effectively, and very professional. I look forward to using Pulido if the need arises again.
