The Insured was a previous customer. His previous claim was for water damage to the interior of his home. This claim was for a vehicle impact. A neighbor had lost control and crashed into his garage in the middle of the night.
Solutions provided:
First, we cleared out the debris and detached the mangled garage door, and then we boarded up the garage to keep his home safe and secure until repairs could begin. Once plans and permits were obtained, we repaired the framing, stucco, and garage door.
